We’ve been remote by default from the start, enabling us to hire the best candidates by ability, not location. We still support our team with great workspaces from our operational countries. Irresepctive of location, we tailor our packages to ensure our team are creative, productive, and happy.
Compliance - our forward thinking compliance team maintain our ongoing regulatory obligations, keeping our systems and customers secure.
Customer Operations - our frontline colleagues ensure positive outcomes for our customers at any stage of their journey.
Engineering - our agile engineering team iterate rapidly whilst maintaining stability and security as Cheddar launches and scales.
Executive team - our executive team ensures our vision and direction remain aligned, ensuring Cheddar runs smoothly and delivers on it’s ambitious roadmap.
Finance - our finance team ensures the longevity of our operations, maintaining records, forecasts and planning of our capital. Additionally, they ensure the reconciliation of customer funds.
Marketing - our marketing team drives the distribution of our products, relating to our customers beyond Cheddar’s tools.
Product - our product team execute on our vision, continually developing and iterating on our product and features for successful customer outcomes.
We’ve been a remote by default from the start, with workers across continents. Our offices are excellent, but many of our roles can be done remotely from countries where Cheddar operates with access to an office. Irrespective of location, we tailor our packages to ensure our team are creative, productive, and happy.
This is our default and we’ll ensure you have everything you need to be productive and comfortable. Our preference is for prospective colleagues that live (or are open to live) in a country we operate in, or that operate in or close to the same timezone.
Our co-headquarters are in London where you’ll find the core of our compliance, marketing and operations teams.
Our co-headquarters are in Amsterdam where you’ll also find the core of our engineering team. Having the ability to work from Amsterdam frequently is a major win when hiring tech candidates, but far from the only factor.
Our launch continent. We’re very open to expanding our team across Europe, with a preference initially for timezones +/- 1 hour CET.
